Business leader, best selling author, and combat veteran E. Brian Rose, will announce his much anticipated candidacy for United States Congress on Tuesday November 15th.

The event will take place on the patio of Leo’s in Downtown Ocean Springs at 10:30 am.

“South Mississippi is being misrepresented,” said Rose. “Our current Congressman, in spite of running as a Republican, has funded Obamacare, Planned Parenthood, executive orders for more gun control, and much more of the liberal agenda. These are not the values of South Mississippi and these are not the promises that were made to us.”

Rose, a conservative Republican, is the founder of a tech company that was recently named one of the fastest growing private businesses in the country by Inc Magazine.

In the military, Rose served as a part of Keesler Air Force Base’s elite Combat Camera Squadron and later in the Mississippi Air National Guard. He is a veteran of the Bosnia and Somalia conflicts of 1993 and member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW).

“Spending is out of control in Washington. ‘Use it or lose it’ budgeting is a travesty that leads to fraud, waste, and abuse of taxpayer money. Congress needs to be held accountable for the money they take from the paychecks of working Americans. I will make it my number one priority to fight against fraudulent spending, work to reduce the budget, and allow the citizens of South Mississippi to keep more of their hard earned money.”

Rose says career politicians who put themselves before their districts are hurting America and he will fight for term limits in Congress. He is looking forward to fighting for a balanced budget, lower taxes, providing much deserved quality care to our Veterans, and bringing jobs back to America and South Mississippi.

Prelaunch of the campaign’s Facebook page has received nearly one thousand Likes in it’s first few days.

Rose is seeking to represent Mississippi’s Fourth Congressional District in the United States House of Representatives, a seat currently held by Rep. Steven Palazzo.
